It was as loud or louder than I have ever heard it, and I've been going to games there since the early 70s. Scoring the late TD against Georgia in a game the Vols later lost after Fulmer's pooch kick decision was probably the loudest single moment I ever recall, and I think last night exceeded it. It was also the most sustained noise in any game I've been to at Neyland since Florida in 1998. The chorus of rocky top after our second td was special. It kind of rang or reverberated very nicely in my part of the stadium. I've heard it loud before...so loud you couldn't hear what the person next to you was saying even if they were shouting.
