Title: Interesting chart on recruiting vs success

Two things.  One, bammer is doing what I always say they do...about what is expected given their "amazing" recruiting every year.  The chart shows that they are performing about like they should.

Two, look where UT is.  Even with recruiting down a bit we are way to the right on the recruiting but well down on the on-field performance.  Let's hope this changes starting the rest of this season.

The teams above and below the line aren't terribly surprising. You see some great coaches above the line (Peterson at Boise, Snyder at KSU, Patterson at TCU, Briles at Baylor, etc.) and for the most part, the schools below the line are bigger name schools that have faltered lately.

What's interesting is if you pay attention to the time period, Butch looks really good. 3 of the 4 years he is at Cincy and they are well above the line. This chart is more an indictment of Dooley when it comes to UT.

yes...almost all on Dooley which is part of the reason I posted it.  Hopefully Butch moves us up
