It is from South Africa and I went to a restaurant here in Alpharetta that does a wine dinner once a month -- the owner is also the chef and he brings in a wine maker, they decide on the wines to serve, then he designs a 5 course meal around the selected wines. At the one we went to, we actually tried 7 different wines. Babylonstoren.com I am not a Rose' fan, but theirs was nice...my favorite was their Viognier and Babel. Their flagship wine, I didn't care for at all - HA! Anyway, thought you might want to look into them. Have a great weekend! |
