I respect the program and its success, but I'm sick of them. But not sure that's the reason for the ratings. Had the game been on one of the big networks, I think this would not have been as bad.

And I don't say thatbecause I hate the tiglets. If that game had been Bama vs. Ohio State or Southern Cal, the ratings would have been stronger.

I did read something the other day that made sense.....It said the low viewer numbers were probably not as bad as it seemed....A lot of people were watching it at gatherings and restaurants, etc. I know here on NYE you couldn't get in the door at Buffalo Wild Wings....I'm sure 300 or so were watching the game in there in just that one place. So I'm sure a lot of that was going on across the country. |
