She has been mentioned as a possible successor to Jimmy Cheek, if rumors of Cheek's summer departure come to fruition. I think Cheek's departure will come to fruition but I don't think the Martin-as-Chancellor rumors had any legs at all. I'm not sure who the original source on that was.
