Either you have definitive evidence or you don't.  Penalize him on the spot, or don't do it at all.  The guy is trying to win his first major- don't leave him in the dark like that. :frown:

Credit where it's due.  DJ has long had the rep as the most mentally fragile player on the tour.  He changed that narrative today.  That was some serious adversity he overcame on the back 9.  And where did that putter come from?  If he putts like that all time, he's the greatest to ever play the game.
