Post by: Black Diamond Vol on August 28, 2016, 08:19:06 EDT ...which is the first (in the US, anyway) of the "new generation" of NFL stadiums built primarily from glass surfaces, so they kind of bring the outdoors in. Neat looking place:

The Vegas dome, should that be realized, is way cool. That sucker (if it happens) is actually going to be on the Strip, just south of Mandalay Bay, and across from the airport. Sounds like a traffic nightmare to me. :eek: I literally just got back from Vegas late last night. The driver of our Hoover Dam tour was complaining about just that. He did say a lot of different locations have been/are being discussed. His take was that it would be a traffic nightmare anywhere in Vegas, basically. I can't disagree too much. Speaking of gambling though, I played $100 on Black Jack at Caesar's Palace. Had no luck at all, unfortunately. Did see Hoover Dam for the first time since 1992. They put in a bypass about 10 years ago, so it was different.
