He had the game saving tackle vs Bama that enabled Tech to go on to win the MNC in the early 50s. I think they called it the $125,000 tackle, or something like that. I'll never forget the time the one and only Bobby Dodd came in and gave us a halftime speech for one of our games. That was special. |
