tenshen White, Central Coast (2015)($20.00) What a different mouthful this is. It starts smooth and fruity but finishes with a blast of spice and acidity that is definitely eye opening. It's fermented and aged mostly in oak (80% oak, 20% stainless steel) but it's not over done. A blend of Viognier, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay, this is a 92 point wine for 20 bucks. Better values are hard to find. And yes, the name is not capitalized. Enjoy! Title: Re: What's droner drinking tonight?....
