Why would any high school kid who wanted to play on the offensive side of the football ever consider playing for this staff using this scheme?

Which is exactly why a change needs to be made sooner rather than later. 

The assistants have changed, but the scheme and issues have remained the same.  What is the one constant on that side of the ball? 

Yep, CBJ.  He's not going to change his "infallible" offensive scheme, even if it means his job.

Class of 2019, has not committed elsewhere and changed commit to soft in March anyway.  Likely waiting to see who the new coach is.

Last signing day I didn't care, because I knew even if we got great players, we wouldn't fully utilize them.
