Post by: Black Diamond Vol on November 28, 2018, 06:53:42 EST ...there's a great piece on there today recounting what they call "the greatest day in CFB history"- December 5, 1998. People may have forgotten, but if chalk had held that day and UCLA and Kansas State had won, it was likely that they both would have surpassed us in the BCS rankings and gone to the Fiesta Bowl to play for the NC. And then we had to come back to hold off an MSU upset bid that night. Just a crazy day.
