This hasn't been mentioned at all, so far as I can see, but from the middle of the third quarter to the end of the game, bammer threw over the middle to convert four third downs.  Two throws were by Tua and two by Hurts.

I don't think Fromm threw over the middle once in that same stretch, but I am certain he did not on his last two drives.

Thus bammer wins.

It's an old saying "don't throw over the middle late in the game' but bammer had the stones to do it and uga did not.

It should never have come down to the fake punt.  Uga's offense curled up into the fetal position late in the game. 

An Arkansas buddy notes Chaney is terrific working off a script early, but less so late. He may be correct.

Also, I'm (edited) NOT sure Bama's second TD was legit. Slow-mo makes a lot look like possession.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about that one.  If only he hadn't got his hands back on it.

Uga has no excuse for this loss.  They shoulda coulda won.   Having said that, bammer would just have got in the playoffs anyway.  Though having uga in there makes it  more likely they beat bammer again.  

But I will be rooting for the other orange team when they play bammer, just don't tell Droner.   :naughty:
