Title: Re: HELL fizzleING YES!! Post by: VinnieVOL on March 02, 2019, 10:36:25 EST Guess that just about wraps up SEC POY.
And Bone was out of his mind today as well. 5-5 from 3. :dude: Title: Re: HELL fizzleING YES!! Post by: VinnieVOL on March 02, 2019, 11:28:33 EST UK had more turnovers (17) than made FG's (14). :wow:
That's Minneapolis level defense right there. Title: Re: HELL fizzleING YES!! Post by: JeffCountyVolFan on March 02, 2019, 11:35:52 EST This team that we saw today looked like the team that played pre-SEC league play.
Much better defense. Great gap D with really good rotations on the off side. Much better 1-on-1 at stopping penetration. The team that played today has a chance to make run in the tournament. The score should have been even more lop-sided if we don't miss so many bunnies and free throws. GBO!!!!! Title: Re: HELL fizzleING YES!! Post by: Tnphil on March 03, 2019, 12:36:39 EST The best D this season IMO. It's how we played D last season.

Tennessee's 71-52 win over no. 4 Kentucky is its largest margin of victory (19 points) against an AP Top 5 team in program history. Previous was a 66-53 win over no. 2 Kentucky in 1950. |
