Title: I just heard that LSU... Post by: Black Diamond Vol on March 10, 2019, 05:45:10 EDT ...waited until our game had ended yesterday to announce that Smart and Reid were sitting. Is this true? So if we had won, and they had needed to beat Vandy to win the title outright, those guys would've presumably played?

I'm pretty sure no announcement on Smart had been made as of yesterday morning, because I was listening to CBB coverage on the way over to Auburn, and they would've said something. Reid's "injury"? I don't buy it. And in hindsight, Waters' "illness" last week looks suspect as well. Maybe they landed on a helmet. :frown: Title: Re: I just heard that LSU... It was Friday that I read on the LSU board that Reid was day to day with a injury from the FL game....But like you said he might have fallen on a helmet in the locker room. :dielaughing: |
