Title: One more look back at last week Post by: BanditVol on September 07, 2019, 08:54:54 EDT I only was able to listen to the first quarter or so on the radio due to a conflict with a family reunion. My impression was that, aside from the initial turnover, we played well going into the early second quarter. Having now watched the replay, my impression was correct. Our two drives in that stretch were solid, and we stopped them on D as well twice in a row. It was after that when things unraveled.
Which goes to show, the team can play better than it did for 70% of the game. But enough about G State, bring on BYU. Maybe we can put together a whole game this time. |
