They’ll probably still win 9-10 games, just because the East is so weak. But they’ll get boatraced by UGA and LSU, and maybe Auburn as well.

But even so, even with a backup QB, even with 3-4 turnovers- they’re still a legit 31 points better than us. That’s how bad we are.

We’ve already seen our last win this season. Hope everyone enjoyed it.

We can win a few more games.  Yes, we sucked today, but left some chances on the field.  I'll be interested in how much we improve prior to MSU.  That's the next winnable game.

Right now today....the only game we will be favored in is UAB. Hell....Vandy has put up 31 on LSU.

We’ll be favored, yes. And on paper, we’re the far superior team. But we’ll likely be coming off 4 straight blowout losses at that point. Will the motivation still be there, or will they just phone it in? UAB may not be world beaters, but they’re plenty good enough to beat us if we don’t show up.

And I’m betting we won’t.

My positive take from today...we weren't playing Georgia or Bama...lol. I dread those two games.

One thing that is makes it hard to compete with our SEC opponents is that their backups(QB) are better than our starter. Or our defense makes their backups look better.

At what point does “leaving chances on the field” cease to be seen as an outlier, and more as an inherent flaw that’s just baked into the cake?

For the most part, those weren’t freshmen out there committing all those personal fouls today. In fact, most of our upperclassmen have regressed from last season. I know we’re young, but that doesn’t give me much hope that all of our young guys will get better.
