UT should tell the NCAA today that our lawyers will be in contact by sundown today.

I like the fact that Fulmer appears to be taking a firm stance on this. I wasn't sure he had it in him. The NCAA's arbitrary handling of these transfer cases is eventually going to wind up being stopped by a court. Let's be that landmark case. It won't help our cause this season, but maybe it'll help prevent the next student-athlete from being shafted by the NCAA. |
