After Saturday’s loss, Tigers coach Barry Odom made the candid comment that “we’ve got good enough players” on offense, which could have been interpreted as a veiled criticism at his offensive coaching staff, a group he’s hand-picked over the years, including Dooley, hired off the Dallas Cowboys staff after the 2017 season even though he’d never been a coordinator or called plays. Odom was asked to elaborate on that comment Tuesday. Is his frustration with Dooley’s scheme and game plan or is there a disconnect with the game plan and the team’s execution? “I think all of the above,” Odom said. Love it!
