Title: Ubben v. Mathews (Sort Of) Post by: murfvol on January 04, 2021, 03:36:35 EST David Ubben was on Doug's show yesterday, which was interesting. The most official mouthpiece of the AD and the most intelligent reporter to ever cover the Vols had a good exchange. Props to both for doing it.
Both agreed Fulmer doesn't want change while seeming to disagree on how much influence other parties may have. From a macro perspective, here is Fulmer's conundrum. If Pruitt doesn't work out both the coach and AD have to go. That puts the UT brass in a tough spot. Conducting an AD search and then having your hire conduct a coaching search is a recipe for disaster. Title: Re: Ubben v.
