But just by recruiting a 5* doesn't mean he will come in and be great. We had a bunch of 5* come in on this years roster. They were good at times, but none of the 5* made enough difference to overcome no point guard. We all keep waiting for them to string 2-3 good games together. They haven't up to now. hard to expect them to in the tourney. We just have too many members of the Mason's on this squad, you know, bricklaying type of Mason. If they can't shoot now, what makes us think the ones that return next year will suddenly be able to? I know none of us expected this team to be 4th in the SEC.

As for their loss to Texas, I think it was a big advantage for Texas that they didn’t have to play a semi-final round game (Kansas had a positive test).
