Post by: Creek Walker on October 17, 2022, 09:50:51 EDT What is incredible is how much of a difference it makes when the league doesn't have to treat Alabama as its sacred cow. Having Tennessee win this game didn't hurt the SEC. Hence, the official doesn't hesitate to call the defensive pass interference at the end. Alabama wasn't screwed. They simply weren't protected.

I am sure the conference also has an eye on the expanded playoff. Title: Re: Bama got jobbed by the refs, or was Bama just doing Bama stuff? Post by: tshadow on October 17, 2022, 10:51:41 EDT Ok, here's a point to consider... are the refs capable of seeing all of it? I've always considered the axiom of them being blind as bats as gospel.
