Post by: Tnphil on March 30, 2023, 05:08:43 EDT Back in the day when Netflix was a disk they would mail you when you ordered....One of my daughters got the wife and me a subscription for one year for all the movies we wanted....I think in that whole year we got a total of 3 movies and 1 of the 3 we didn't even watch. That wasn't renewed after that first year to say the least.
Wife and me watch very little movies.....Best I remember we've been to the theater twice in the last 12-15 years. Title: Re: Why do I feel like Texas' coach... Post by: JeffCountyVolFan on March 30, 2023, 05:34:26 EDT I highly recommend seeing “Jesus Revolution”.
Title: Re: Why do I feel like Texas' coach... Post by: BanditVol on March 30, 2023, 09:55:02 EDT I don't get Netflix for a very simple reason. I watch way too much TV already with Netflix and my existing streaming services. (Disney ++, Hulu, ESPN+, and Amazon Prime). Netflix would be overkill.
As far as "greatest drama of all time" I know it has that rep, but I will reserve judgment on that till when ... and IF...I see it. I generally don't care for dystopian type dark drama where the character becomes increasingly evil. Didn't like the premise of Dexter, watched about 15 minutes of it, hated it, never went back. Now, I am currently enjoying Snowfall. It started a bit slow, got really good, lost its way a bit in Season 4 and maybe some in 5, but is back strong in its final season. I loathe the main character and hope he dies a horrible death. Anyway, not feeling a big draw to Breaking Bad, but may check out a few episodes out of curiousity. If I ever get Netflix. :naughty: |
