The only outlier is South Carolina last year & if I recall our d backs were decimated with injury. Even then, Rattler was completing passes barely over outstretched hands. I'm sure the nuances are there, but I refuse to believe footbaw is that damn complicated. He has already "coached up" two teams. One more & I will be convinced. Defensive talent has improved. They went on to nip Clemson 31-30, and lost to Notre Dame 45-38 in the Gator Bowl. They were 8-5 with losses to Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, Florida, and ND. Definitely a Jekyll & Hyde team. |
