If my math is correct, that is just under $4M for 10 athletes. Under the new subdivision proposed by the NCAA, this would need to be matched for Title IX, bringing the total to $8M.

They should make it where if you opt out of a bowl game you forfeit NIL money.

Are you serious?  How is that even possible, since the money comes from outside sources, and not the university? 

I am so sick of the Title IX BULLshizzle.  The Universities should sue the NCAA.  IMO.

I know that would be a bad look in today's environment.

But hell...if they are going to do that, why not also dictate that Lacrosse and Water Polo deserve as much as football?   :frown:
