I didn't realize until someone posted the article above that Firentz's son is the OC at Iowa, but is "moving on" after this season. That explains a lot I think. Interesting factoid I saw on twitter: Iowa?s starting QB to begin the season was Cade McNamara, who beat out Joe Milton for the Michigan job before himself getting beat out by JJ McCarthy and transferring to Iowa.
