They showed some aerial shots and the upper decks looked very empty....I've been there when it was full and once when it was around 2,500 short...Wonder what the issue are? The Outback Bowl with LSU looked even worse.

We had some in theNorthupper, but not many Iowa had the West side and, in theory, the 1st section of the west end of the endzone seating. Under 90?s bowl arrangements, the Citrus Bowl would?ve featured UGA vs tOSU, with the winner having an outside shot at a NC if things fell right elsewhere. There?s just a lot less on the line now.
Plus folks were a lot more willing to travel before gas and hotel prices shot through the roof.
