They vary, but most likely for a yearVC is very strict on the structure on the contracts Title: Re: NIL Question Post by: murfvol on October 09, 2024, 01:43:48 EDT Much appreciated. It will be interesting to see if contracts come with weekly provisions when players become employees.

The contract specific activities and timing of those activitiesRight after I joined the founders hosted a zoom where these specific questions were addressed They were ahead of others (see Florida) and others for example) and in my view set the standards being followed by the industry If a player fails to fulfill their obligations, say not participating in a required activity, for example a former SDE moves to 3 other schools and can?t attend, then the athlete is in breech. I suspect that in such cases the collective and the player representative(s) get together to terminate the contract but that is something you rarely hear about in all the crap that passes for ?reporting? concerning NIL and collectives. They avoid any hint of pay for play, that is a nono. |
