If we don't go warp speed which causes mismatches and confuses the defense then we are a very vanilla offense...Notice the warp speed has slowed way down the past two seasons? Notice how the points have dropped.....And yes....UGA bad out schemed us on both sides of the ball...Heupel and company got schooled. Concerning. IIRC, in his first and maybe even second year, or at least the first part of it, we were exceptionally good at avoiding penalties. That has certainly regressed! As for the hurry up, not only do we not use it as much, but we will (way more often than we used to, and IMO too much) rush to the line as usual, then stand around 15 20 seconds and change the play. It reminds me of (ugh) Randy Sanders, who always seemed to struggle to get the call in on time. I would submit that, substitutions aside, rushing to the LOS and then standing there while the clock runs down, is NOT in fact working very well, though it can sometimes and is always something we have done, but now it seems to be the norm.
