Title: Is it just me, or does all of the NIL and transfer portal goings on make you a Post by: volsboy on April 12, 2025, 10:13:09 EDT little less enthusiastic for the start of football season?. I can't imagine what it feels like for coaches. You expect to have a kid for more than one season. How will the mid-majors or smaller schools keep going? If they have a player that is a star the big dogs will poach him.

The solution is to start making them sign contracts that are binding on both parties, and not just the schools.
