Belichek's whole MO at New England was to find guys who loved playing the game for the sake of the game and were not obsessed with money. He has a low tolerance for "me first" athletes, with the sole exception of Randy Moss (you might throw in Gronk also).
Belly picking up a player like Nico who has repeatedly held out for more money with a very average frosh year would seem highly unlikely. |
