I will be doing the previously discussed gyros with the southern twist of smoking the meat before slicing and remarinating the meat ot be finsihed on the grill that Saturday along with a corn and asparagus salad and some other great dishes. But the thing I need to do is to get everyone that wants to reserve a space at the credit union to park at needs to step up and let us know...... I want to try to roll in about noon EDT. Normally I wouldn't leave at 7 CDT for a 5:30 PM CDT kickoff but it's the first game. (EDIT... I apparently have the kickoff time screwed up... it's 5:00 PM CDT.) When I make my second million I'm buying a place somewhere in east TN so I can tailgate all damn day.
