Title: I was not off much on the score Post by: BanditVol on October 16, 2011, 02:07:12 EDT I said 30-14...without the turnovers, it might have been right on it. Had the turnover ratio favored us, it might have been a really close game, IMO.
We were pretty close to their yardage in the first half, but the two int's gave the lead to them. Title: Re: I was not off much on the score Post by: VinnieVOL on October 16, 2011, 02:10:57 EDT Here, let us help you pat yourself on the back. :-)
Title: Re: I was not off much on the score Post by: BigOrange Maniac on October 16, 2011, 02:44:48 EDT Yeah, but turnover margin isn't something that just happens. Teams make their breaks. Tennessee had two turnovers because of a bad throw by Simms and a gut-wrenching horrific throw. LSU took excellent care of the football.
I would have liked to have seen what this game would've been like with Bray and Hunter in the lineup. I don't think we're light years behind LSU. There's a gap there, but not nearly as big as we made it look tonight. I guess I should have said "unfortunately" because that's the tone I meant to set. But whatever dude. :patriot: Title: Re: I was not off much on the score Post by: VinnieVOL on October 16, 2011, 02:59:19 EDT Simply teasing, nothing more. :-)
