They say it is to be better prepared for a Super Bowl run. But I don't know. It seems to me they are doing the other team a favor by not throwing the ball. Hard to rationalize not using all those weapons at WR. We will see how it plays out. I don't think and I hope there is not any secret serious injury issues with Peyton. Anybody got any other angles? It just seems when they run a lot, it gets them out of sync in their passing game. That is their bread and butter.

They are giving them the run, and Peyton is smart enough to take what they give him. Peyton wants to win, and not run his own numbers up.
Like Al Davis used to say, Just win, baby. Doesn't matter if it is by 1 or 50. It's about the Ws. |
