Per the comments on that blog, he is not actually disputing anything with Tamu. They are included just because they are involved.
It's a business dispute between Chavis and LSU. LSU is insisting that Tamu pay the 400K buyout and Chavis and Tamu are disputing that. Routine business stuff IYAM.
