Title: Just got around to watching the Battle at Bristol
Post by: PirateVOL on October 23, 2016, 07:47:09 EDT
It is amazing how well our defense played with Kirkland and JRM at LB.  They were aggressive and disruptive..
How I miss having good LBs ... :banghead:

Yeah, those guys were difference makers, and keenly missed.  It didn't help that Quarte Sapp was already out.

We likely get Kirkland back for the chickens, so that will be good.

Doug Mathews said on his show it's doubtful that Kirkland will be back this week......But I've read other places he will get some snaps.

Would be great to have him.  USC jr so challenged offensively that it may not matter, fortunately.
