Real, she just wants more money from you.  :naughty: Just remember that old saying you can catch more flys with honey than with vinegar. It is always more effective to be polite than demeaning.

Actually, the reason I contacted the office was to let them know they had under charged me for the last payment of my 2016 pledge.  Then we started talking about our family tailgate and all my family members and friends who go, and she just blurted it out.  I just laughed and thanked her.   :biggrin:  I think she was simply happy I was pleasant and wasn't complaining about their now horrible online site. She even told me I should complain.  I  think she appreciated my honey and not vinegar.  :smile:
