Our days of not throwing the ball down the field would definitely end. I love Brohm, he will make someone a great coach, but I would much prefer we go for a defensive guru, maybe Schiano or Venables. As Petrino found out when Grantham left, putting up big numbers won't win games when the other team is doing the same. Easier to hire an innovative, exciting OC than a lockdown DC. Other than Urban, the current top coaches built a defense first.

I would think that's a situation that an AD wouldn't want to fester. Just sayin. :dunno:
