That is the word--sounds like agent talk to me, but it is out there in Louisville.

Yes...it's a slick agent getting a pay raise. Several agents if smart should use our situation to get their clients raises...The whole country knows we need a new coach and should use it....We all know we need a new coach but we all know it won't happen.
