It will be interesting to see how the game is called in Knoxville and how we will adjust. I hate that we were beaten that badly. But better to find our weak points now. Really, the level of play has dropped ever since we moved to #1, but our competition hasn't been strong enough to take advantage up until last night. We won't be #1 now, so hopefully this is the wakeup call this team needed.
As for the officiating? While I wouldn't go so far to say it cost us the game, it WAS horribly inconsistent and one-sided (at least until the game was already decided). With UK coming off a home loss in which they THINK they were screwed by the refs (even though they really weren't), you had to see a makeup game coming last night.
