Whether he ever gets to the Final Four or wins a NC here, I think that he has the ability to build this program into the kind of program that can become sustainable at a high level - and can then eventually make it to the finals of the tournament. If he can succeed in doing that, I think that the salary increase is justified.

Some years will be better than others.
