Why does this happen in the U.S. at an alarming rate as opposed to other countries? What do they do different. Or are our people just different? Sorry I didn't put this in politivol, but it should be seen by more people and that means it goes here first. Move it later. Or not.

And the good hard working people who haven't moved out are scared to death to talk to police. There are some great folks there, but they are powerless at this point.
There is no easy solution. As long as kids are raising themselves and see little, if any, consequences to bad acts it's going to continue to happen. |
