That Kellie "stare" at the ref yesterday was as close to a Pat "stare" as I've ever seen!
It seemed the ref was melting as we watched

This team plays like a Pat team, tough nosed defense and hits the boards.

One other thing, Kellie seems to trust her leadership on the floor like Pat did.

Look, I’m over the moon about Kellie’s job performance, especially this season. But we need to very careful with the comparisons to Pat. Kellie has been a head coach for 17 years (that doesn’t seem possible, but I looked it up). If she was another Pat, we’d know by now. That doesn’t mean she can’t win it all at UT (maybe even this year?), but she’s not a GOAT in the making.

I don't expect Kellie to be Pat, but if she's solid I'll take it. What does that mean? I'll take a Final Four every four years.

I was just giving her an atta-boy.

Barring additional injuries, we have at least an Elite 8 team

No one thinks she is Pat, but so far she is way better than Hollie, and like you said could win it all either this year or another year.  It's about what we could expect.

Very few times in history has a legend been replaced by another high performer.  One very rare example is Frank Leahy, the guy who replaced Knute Rockne.  He had just about as good a record as Knute and won multiple MNCs, but is largely ignored by history.

There were rumors about his mental health, as he was let go with an 0.854 win percentage.  Who knows? But he is a rare example of taking over from a legend and keeping it at pretty much the same level.

Kelly is doing a good job. No where near what Pat was. Lets see her win the SECe and beat USCe for starters. Shouldn't that be a minimum expectation for any Lady Vol coach?  Should be competing for SEC titles.

Unfortunately, the Lady Vols have lost a player. She was pretty good as a sub for Keys.

Yep, and she was improving game by game as well

Hate it for Keyen Green...Unreal the ACL's we've had the past few years.

Gonna hurt for sure not being/having a good backup.
