Any lack of consideration of UT as contender was lost in a northern press bias. I remember we as fans had to remind everyone to take a look at our resume since they continued to fail to do it themselves. The year we played colorado to a tie was a prime example.

I would have rather us on our last series before the hail mary to have by gosh moved the ball instead of going 3 bad plays and punt. One 1st down and the game is over and UGA doesn't get the chance to do what they did. It bit us in the butt against OU and FL last year....and without a wing and prayer it almost got a beat yesterday.

Yeah, that would have been preferable. If this wasn't a rivalry before I think after yesterday it is.

We have the hardest SEC left....more so than UGA and FL......we really need for FL to lose.

I think your most egregious violation there is that you chose to watch Last Man Standing.  If you're going to miss a UT game, at least make it for something good like Breaking Bad or Sons of Anarchy.

Three hours later I turned it to sports center to take my bitter pill. Only to turn it straight to the highlight of the catch. I KNOW I can't be the only one who missed that in real time.

Excuse me but... no one can suggest to me that ending an 11 game loosing streak to a bitter long standing rival is not a sign of positive movement in the program. Am I wrong in assuming a person has to sue for suspension of disbelief before they engage in shoulda, woulda, coulda on this board? I like what Butch is saying to the media. It will take the fans longer to be cured of the snake bite phobia that we have all lived with as a consequence of being volunteer fans. Just because they shoulda beat florida does not mean that a significant milestone has not been achieved.

Amazing what giving Dobbs a little time will do for your passing game....Plus, letting Dobbs rollout like we did several times keeps the defensive pressure a little more honest. Debord dialed up some good plays to create some one on one situations. Need to get more creative in the run game and Kamara more involved. Too much talent to not be getting the ball in his hand several more times per game.

It was good to see him have success. There is a trade-off between employing a pocket passer and a roll out passer. You tend to cut the field in half with a roll out passer.

For what it's worth, most of the posts on thw VS I saw yesterday were gracious and congratulatory.

Still can't help but think of all the years of rubbing it in we've had to endure.

JMO....but Herman isn't going to LSU. He will hold out for Texas job. Just don't see him leaving Houston for LSU.

A very tangible consideration in if he would go to LSU is the talent level. Although is everyone sold on that? I mean... when Les arrived at LSU he had immediate success because of the talent level ostensibly. If he is expendable with that kind of talent are you sure he gets a p5 job?

I don't know Macs x's from o's but I think he deserves a better fan base than what UF provides on a character basis.

If I'm hopeful it is based upon what the team did to VaTech.  I rewatched the game thinking... wow they were given the game... well in actuality... though they got five turn overs... they scored on legit long drives on three occasions. For a while it didn't suck. However, those injuries scare me.
