Of 36 ESPN panelists, only two see Tennessee winning the SEC and making the playoffs. But one of them is Jesse Palmer, who has the Vols beating Oklahoma in the semifinals before losing to Clemson in the national championship game. Do we want to cash in now, or hold out for better?
