Serious comment...the Federal goverment now allows 3 months paid Parental Leave for both fathers and mothers (and I assume "others"

). I have had three employees on Parental Leave this year, including a Team Lead (the level right under me) that I heavily depend on. I consider her almost to be my deputy.
It has been a huge hit to me as a supervisor. I am glad that my employees get such a perk, but Congress doesn't seem to consider how disruptive that is to the employer. Bunch of GD commies.

Not sure what the UT policy is, but I am certain they have a generous Parental Leave policy. My guess is that she may work less hours but hardly miss a game. And that should be the expectation for a Head Coach. IMO.
