Eh, it'll be thrown out. I can't see any judge in the land allowing "hey this band exposed my adultery!" being legit grounds for a suit.

It is an interesting privacy case though, and I am not an attorney.  I doubt the attendees signed a waiver saying "hey you can show my face on the big screen".

I've not seen one article anywhere that Coldplay is being sued. Film don't lie....there is zero case.

I agree that he has no case. I saw several references this past weekend suggesting that he had made a statement that he was considering a lawsuit, but it would be an exercise in futility imo. I do not have evidence that he actually made such a statement, so my OP should have been worded differently.
