defense is their strength so I'd say give it to their offense and hope for a turnover in hopes of gaining momentum....their defense on the field first against what's sure to be a nervous Simms and Lane minus our best receiver doesn't bode well. Bray moved well in the pocket and found targets quickly but Simms is a sitting duck and LSU will be going through our OL like a hot knife through butter. I'd take the chance on the defense making something happen.

I typically like to see us defer to the 2nd half.

In a game like this, I would defer and let our D play first which keeps the crowd noise loud.

Somebody convince me that it's going to matter.  I fear this game.

Take the ball and run with it.  Out of the Stadium.  Don't give it back.

Now that would work.  It would count as a forfeit, which is scored 1-0.   Then we could claim the moral victory in a one-point loss.

Just kidding....

Yep, I say don't run scared.  Get the opening KO and run the ball (that oughta shock them).  OK, seriously, Simms needs to shake off the rust and the sooner the better.
