Six schollies over three years but no bowl ban.  I guess you can't spell "Under Staffed Compliance" without "USC."

Actually it seems that it's three a year for two years, which is pretty much a slap on the wrist:

Well, maybe a bit more than a slap on the wrist, but not by much.

But I expect the recruiting visit limitation coupled with the reductions will hurt them a bit.
