Girardi will get at least another year, but I don't see A-Rod coming back.  And I certainly don't see anyone doling out millions a year for him again. I think he is on his way down.

I would keep Derek Jeter,He hits. I would get rid of the non producing overpaid older players. I would use the money saved to make a big trade for a pitcher or a big hitter
