Kinda sad we ruined the announcers storyline.  All during the last SCe possession they bemoaned that Saturday night was another close loss that Tennessee maybe should have won.

So sad for them, so happy for us!

Oh, and I loved how loud we were when we realized the kick had no chance - far louder than the SCe fans when we had the ball
Twice I just missed getting TV time after the game  curses

Yep. And I have to admit, when it got to 42-28, I knew it was over for us. After all, what had we seen to lead us to believe that we could come back from 14 with so little time left? Not to mention that we had not stopped them all night.

I really could not believe what I was seeing. Even though I knew that SC had blown two games with big leads in the 4th quarter, I didn't think it would happen for us.

One other point, the SECn apparently thinks we lost the game against Ky last year as they keep saying it was Butch's first SEC victory

I'm still not sure I believe it. I'm still waiting for the refs to throw a flag. Is there a statute of limitations on flag throwing?

Surely we had 12 men on the field on the last play.

BTW, there is no freaking way the fumble was "confirmed" as not a fumble.  At worst is should have been "stands" and I think a convincing case could be made the ball was out.
SEC officials once again disgrace themselves in their crappiness

Creek add 6 YAC in OT

Oh, and for your enjoyment, 17-0

each other along with the announcers talking about what we might have done to win the game....knowing that we had won made it fun! I have to admit I went to bed when SC went up by 14 the second time with so little time left....I didn't see any way, sure was fun watching it Sunday morning. Heck, even knowing we had won Sunday I kept watching the clock tick off and couldn't imagine how we won....great victory, no quit whatsoever!

Yes I noticed that.  They are just being sloppy.  They mean "First SEC win this year".  It bugged me too, till I thought about it.

Try to use your head for something besides a hat rack, okay?

Well, it wasn't for you, it was for Pirate.  But glad to be of assistance anyway.  Anytime....

Always a great day when UT beats a Spurrier coached team.
